The Allusion Entertainment Privacy Promise

     Our customers’ trust is the most important asset of Allusion Entertainment and its affiliates. To continue to merit the confidence that our customers have placed in us, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of the financial and personal information entrusted to us.

We pledge to our customers that:

• We will collect, maintain and use only the minimum customer information necessary to enable us to deliver superior products and services to our customers, to administer our business efficiently and effectively, and to advise our customers about products and services which may be of value to them. Customer medical information obtained in connection with applications for insurance and annuity products will not be shared with any external organization other than the company issuing the insurance or annuity contract.
• Information received from our customers will be safeguarded according to strict standards of security and confidentiality. Only authorized employees, trained in the appropriate handling of confidential information, will be allowed access to customer information. Employees who violate The Allusion Entertainment Privacy Promise will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to, and including, termination.
• We will not release customer information to any external organization, other than to those organizations that provide support services to Allusion Entertainment or through whom we offer products and services, except when we are required to do so by law or if the customer has requested such a release or has been notified of the possibility by prior disclosure. In addition, because Allusion Entertainment supports the underlying principles of consumer and business lending, some customer information may be released to reputable credit reporting organizations.
• We request those external organizations to which we release customer information to honor the obligations of The Allusion Entertainment Privacy Promise. Any customer who does not wish to be contacted by external organizations that market products and services to our customers or by our non-bank affiliates, may so notify us at 1515 Trinity Ave. Port Arthur Texas, 77642. Once we receive a notice, we will take timely action to honor that customer's wishes.

     Allusion Entertainment respects the privacy of users who visit each of the sites within the Allusion Entertainment network.   No effort is made to identify individuals without their knowledge. The following policies are in effect  for all of the Web pages owned and operated by Allusion Entertainment. (The Allusion Entertainment Network includes all Web sites and other Internet media properties listed on the pages linked from the Allusion Entertainment navigation bar on the left, right, and throughout the websites.) 

      When a visitor requests pages at any Allusion Entertainment site, our Web servers automatically recognize the browser's domain name, and IP address. Our servers do not record e-mail addresses. We collect the domain names and IP addresses in order to aggregate information on what pages users access or visit. This information is collected solely for statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals.  From time to time, we ask users to provide their e-mail address or mailing address for the purpose of conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to e-mail newsletters or information about seminars). Whenever the identity of a visitor is recorded, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the request before the information is requested. If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, you may receive mailings from other reputable companies. 

       From time to time, Allusion Entertainment or its advertisers may send a cookie to your computer. This information is collected solely for statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals.  When you signup for participation in Allusion Entertainment forums, your name or alias is recorded solely for the purpose of maintaining your own account within the forums. No effort is made to identify individuals who participate in forums or to monitor their activity in any way. 

       Allusion Entertainment maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Your e-mail address will not be sold to a third party if you sign up for one of our e-newsletters or discussion lists. 

       If you sign up for an e-mail newsletter or discussion list at an Allusion Entertainment site, you will receive only the e-mail newsletter or discussion list you have requested. You may receive on occasion an offer to sign up for a new newsletter or discussion list, but you will not receive additional newsletters or discussion list mailings unless your specifically request them. 

       Allusion Entertainment has a contractual relationship with Post Master Direct, an independent company, which creates targeted e-mailings. When you sign up for an Allusion Entertainment newsletter you are given the option of joining announcement lists administered by Post Master Direct. If you choose to sign up for one of these lists, you will receive mailings only on the topics you selected from third parties who have entered into agreements with Post Master Direct. You may have your e-mail address removed from opt-in announcement lists at any time by following the instructions in the e-mails you receive.
